By downloading, installing, or using the SnapTrax application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

SnapTrax provides tools for users to upload, fill, annotate, sign, and manage digital documents. SnapTrax does not provide legal advice, legal document review, or any guarantee regarding the accuracy, legality, enforceability, or suitability of any documents created or uploaded using the App.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account.

4. User-Uploaded Content

SnapTrax allows you to upload documents, images, forms, and other materials ("User Content").

4.1 Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You own or have lawful permission to use any User Content you upload
• Your uploads do not violate any copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other laws
• You remain solely responsible for your documents

SnapTrax does not monitor, review, or pre-screen any User Content.

4.2 License Granted to Us

By uploading User Content, you grant SnapTrax a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content solely as needed to provide the App's features.

4.3 Removal of Content

We may remove User Content that is unlawful or violates these Terms.

5. Ownership of the App

SnapTrax, including all source code, design, features, trademarks, and intellectual property, is owned by the developer. You may not:

• Reverse engineer
• Copy
• Sell
• Distribute
• Modify the App

except as permitted by law.

6. Document Templates & External Forms

SnapTrax may provide optional links to publicly available forms or allow users to save their own templates.

• These resources are provided for convenience only.
• SnapTrax does not guarantee accuracy, legality, copyright status, or suitability.
• You are responsible for verifying that any form you use is legally permitted for your personal or professional use.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the App to:

• Upload content you do not own or lack the rights to use
• Violate copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Create, upload, or share illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Abuse support systems or attempt to disrupt operations

8. Payment & Subscriptions

8.1 Subscription Plans

Some features may require a subscription. Billing is handled through the App Store or Google Play.

8.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the paid period.

8.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing. Existing users will be notified in advance of any increase.

8.4 Refunds

All purchases and subscription fees are handled by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their refund policies.

SnapTrax cannot issue refunds directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SnapTrax is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• SnapTrax is not responsible for copyright violations caused by user uploads
• SnapTrax is not responsible for lost files, lost revenue, legal disputes, or outcomes resulting from use of the App
• Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapTrax and its developer from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, legal fees, or expenses arising from:

• Your User Content
• Copyright or IP violations
• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Disputes resulting from documents created or signed with the App

12. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party tools or hosting services.

SnapTrax is not responsible for:

• Their content
• Their privacy practices
• Their terms of use

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the App maliciously
• Upload prohibited or unlawful content
• Abuse the service or attempt to disrupt operations

You may terminate your account at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action must be brought in courts located in Texas, USA.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

The "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest revision.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
